At Aorganic Nuts, we are committed to delivering our fresh, high-quality products to your doorstep in the shortest time possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Dispatch Timeline: All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
Business Days: Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Tracking: Once your order is handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a tracking ID via email and/or SMS to monitor your shipment in real-time.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
We ship nationwide across India. Depending on your location, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: 5 to 7 business days.
Please note: These timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners. Occasional delays may occur due to extreme weather, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical challenges.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the package and the delivery destination.
The final shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout page before you complete your payment.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above 1500 rs.
4. Delivery Process
Attempts: Our courier partners will typically attempt to deliver the package three times before returning it to our warehouse. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the package.
Address Changes: We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched. Please double-check your details before finalizing your order.
OTP/Signature: For security, some deliveries may require an OTP or a signature upon receipt.
5. Damaged or Tampered Shipments
Your health and satisfaction are our priority.
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or has a broken seal, please do not accept the delivery.
