Welcome to Aorganic Nuts. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility & Account

  • Age: By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

  • Account Accuracy: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and ensuring that all information provided (email, phone, address) is accurate and up to date.

2. Products & Pricing

  • Description: We strive to be as accurate as possible. However, as our products are natural (dry fruits, seeds, berries), we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. Please refer to our Disclaimer regarding natural variations in color and size.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice due to market fluctuations.

  • Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. If a product is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a refund or an alternative.

3. Payments

  • We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and select Wallets through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery is handled by third-party logistics partners.

  • While we aim for timely delivery, Aorganic Nuts is not liable for delays caused by weather, strikes, or incorrect address details provided by the user.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placement or before it is dispatched (whichever is earlier).

  • Returns: Due to the perishable nature of food items (dry fruits, seeds, nuts), we do not accept returns once the seal is broken or the product is used.

  • Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must report it to our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Aorganic Nuts logo, product images, text, and graphics, is the property of Aorganic Nuts and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any fraudulent or illegal purposes.

  • Attempt to “scrape” data or bypass any security features of the site.

  • Post defamatory or harmful reviews that are not based on factual experiences.

8. Limitation of Liability
